What Information We May Hold
When you make an appointment, the following information maybe requested and retained:
Contact Information: name, address, telephone numbers, email address.
Personal Information: your date of birth
How Your Information is Stored
Your contact information may be stored manually or electronically on a mobile and/or laptop, solely for the purpose of communicating with you; electronic devices are password and security protected.
What your personal data maybe used for (some or all of the following purposes may apply):
To contact you by email, telephone or by post to notify you of appointments and/or event changes, cancellation notification, etc.,
To send you products or communications that you have requested and/or that may be of interest to you.
To request your comments and communications.
To process relevant financial transactions.
To maintain accounts and records.
Will your information be shared?
Unless required by extraordinary circumstance/legal obligation, only with your knowledge and in applicable circumstances will your contact data (name, address, email & telephone) be limited to the Supplier and other agent(s) [courier/shipping agents] for the purposes of ordering and delivery of workshop and training materials. Note: Supplier and agents are independently responsible to you in terms of holding and processing your data and if you have any questions, or wish to exercise any of your rights or wish to raise a complaint, you should do so directly to the relevant data controller.
Data Retention
Please note that records maybe kept for an extended period of time; in the UK it is currently best practice to keep financial records for a period of 7 years to support HMRC audits or provide tax information.

This privacy policy maybe updated from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Your Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
